Poster instructions

Below you will find guidelines if you have been accepted for a poster at AIDSImpact 2025.

Poster dimensions

The format of posters should be portrait A0-Format, i.e.. 1188 mm in length x 841 mm in width (or 33.1 × 46.8 inches).

Use large, readable fonts (e.g., 24-32 pt for text, 48-72 pt for titles) and avoid overly decorative fonts; stick to sans-serif fonts like Arial or Helvetica.

Use high-contrast colors for text and background.

Limit the color palette to 2-3 main colors for a professional look.

Poster set up

The poster boards are located throughout the conference venue at different floors. The exact assigned board location of your poster will be communicated later.

Poster boards will be available for setting up posters on Monday 26th April, Tuesday 27th April and Wednesday 28th April from 07.30am.

It is your responsibility to mount your poster on your designated day and assigned poster board location. Posters will be mounted by double-sided tape provided by the venue.

Conference Hosts will be available on site to assist with setting up.

Please note that there is no poster printing service available onsite.

Poster Dismantling

Posters must be dismantled at the end of each designated day by 5.30pm It is your responsibility to dismantle your poster. All posters that are not removed by 5:30pm will be taken down and disposed of.
