Call for papers – AIDSImpact conference 2025. AIDSCare Journal

AIDSIMPACT CASABLANCA 2025 INVITATION FOR PUBLICATION SUBMISSIONS

The international journal AIDSCare invites submissions from the AIDSImpact conference to the journal.  All oral and poster presenters are eligible to submit their manuscript to the journal.  Guidance for submissions are as follows:

1. Please visit the AIDSCare website and follow the instructions for authors. https://www.tandfonline.com/journals/caic20
2. Deadline for submissions is 1st July 2025.
3. To be considered for the AIDSImpact conference cluster, please log your submission with the senior journal editor Dr Kathryn Steventon, by emailing your full title and author list to kathryn.steventonroberts@spi.ox.ac.uk
4. Your paper should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion; acknowledgments; declaration of interest statement; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figures; figure captions (as a list).
5. Word Limits
   • Please include a word count for your paper.
   • The maximum word count for the journal is 7000 words, excluding tables, figures, references, and endnotes.
6. The journal operates a format free submission (any scholarly format or layout is acceptable).
