Abstract submission open!

-Abstracts are to be submitted in English as the first option. Submissions in French are, however, also welcome, and these will be considered for the French language sessions only. 

-They should present novel relevant new information.

-Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words.

-Every registered delegate may be the presenting author on 2 abstracts. There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts that a delegate can appear as an author.

-All presenting authors must register for the conference.

Three types of abstracts are possible:

Option 1: Abstracts based on Formal Research Work
Study Objectives (a hypothesis or a description of the problem); Method; Results (specific results in a summarized form with appropriate statistical analysis); Discussion (brief comment’s and conclusions and implications).

Option 2: Abstracts describing work other than Formal Research
Issues: (A short statement of the issue or issues that the abstract addresses); Project (a brief description of the project, experience, service or research and its results and findings); Lessons learned (a summary of the lessons learned and their implications).

Option 3: Symposia, workshops and satellites:
Proposals for Symposia, workshops and satellites should be submitted as a clear abstract, with details of title, presenters, and topics.

Late breaker abstracts must be submitted by 2nd April 2025 using the online abstract facility by logging in with your registration details.

Key Dates

The conference will be taking place from 26th – 28th May 2025 in Casablanca, Morocco.

In order for us to prepare well in advance, we have identified the following key dates.

Abstract submission deadline: 31st January 2025

Notification to authors: During March

Late Breaker submission deadline: 2nd April 2025

Il est possible de soumettre et de présenter des travaux en français à la conférence AIDSImpact 2025 de Casablanca.
Des sessions seront organisées en français.
Vous pouvez donc soumettre vos travaux en français en utilisant la plateforme de soumission en ligne:

-Pour avoir un maximum de chance d'être acceptés, les travaux soumis doivent porter sur des sujets apportant des pertinents et novateurs.

-Les résumés ne doivent pas dépasser 500 mots.

-Chaque participant peut présenter en tant qu'auteur principal jusqu'à 2 résumés; toutefois, il n'y a pas de limite au nombre de résumés dans lesquels un participant peut apparaître en tant qu'auteur.

-Tous les auteurs principaux doivent s'inscrire à la conférence.

La date limite de soumission des résumés est fixée au 31 janvier 2025. Les notifications aux auteurs parviendront durant le mois de mars 2025.
